French Dip Grilled Cheese

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 ounces cooked roast beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. Melt butter in the same skillet and toast the bread slices on one side.
  3. Layer the roast beef, turkey bacon, and provolone cheese on the un-toasted side of two slices.
  4. Top with the other two slices, toasted side up, and grill until golden brown.
  5. Heat beef broth in a small pot.
