  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a chewier cookie, bake for a shorter time.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking for an extra flavor boost.
