- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
