Garlic Parmesan Lemon Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking dish and pour the mixture over the top.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
