  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, milk, and egg, stirring until combined.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Spread melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 pieces.
