Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the diced turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Remove the bacon and set aside, keeping the drippings in the pan.
  3. Add the beef sirloin to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the onions, garlic, and mushrooms, cooking until the onions are translucent.
  5. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Slowly add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring consistently until the sauce thickens.
  7. Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream, mixing until well combined.
  8. Return the turkey bacon to the mixture and heat through.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
