- 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pie crust
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in carrots, peas, and potatoes; cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add turkey bacon and cooked chicken; mix well.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.

- Cover with another crust, seal edges, and cut slits for steam.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
