  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the beef.
  4. Warm the tortillas in another skillet to make them pliable.
  5. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and a bit of cheese, then roll them tightly.
  6. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and cover with enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
