  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  3. Push the vegetables to the side and add the ground beef, cooking until browned.
  4. Mix in the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Divide the mixture into four portions and top each with a slice of provolone cheese.
  6. Cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve in hoagie rolls.
