  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Mix in the melted coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup).
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
  5. In another bowl, mix the baking soda, salt, and cinnamon with the flour.
  6. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
