- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup raisins or walnuts (optional)
