  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, almond butter, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in dark chocolate chips.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Store the truffles in the fridge until ready to serve.
