- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup cream cheese
- In a large bowl, combine the warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Add the softened butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
