  • 1 cup cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the softened butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the flour until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll the dough out into a rectangle and spread softened butter over the top.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the buttered dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice it into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
