- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in onions and mixed vegetables, cooking until onions are translucent.
