Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowls

A quick and flavorful dinner option that combines sweet and spicy flavors with healthy salmon and fresh ingredients.

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli, steamed
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the sauce mixture.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. To assemble the bowls, divide rice among bowls, top with salmon, avocado, broccoli, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
