Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowls

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey and Sriracha.
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet and brush with the honey Sriracha mixture.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. While the salmon is baking, steam the broccoli until tender.
  6. To serve, place rice in bowls, top with salmon, broccoli, avocado, sesame seeds, and green onions.
