  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed vegetables (like broccoli and carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the honey Sriracha mixture.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. While salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the vegetables.
  6. Once cooked, assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topped with salmon, vegetables, and garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
