- 2 fillets salmon
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- sesame seeds, for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet and brush the sauce mixture over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and broccoli.
- To assemble, place rice in bowls, top with salmon, broccoli, and avocado slices.
- Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
