Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce.
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet and brush the sauce mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and broccoli.
  6. To assemble, place rice in bowls, top with salmon, broccoli, and avocado slices.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more sriracha to the sauce.
  • Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
