- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns brown.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet, drizzle with brown butter and season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender and caramelized.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle crumbled turkey bacon on top before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add extra hot honey.
- You can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
