- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground turkey, carrots, and peas, cooking until meat is browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and crumbled bacon, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer the turkey mixture to a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
