Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter.
  6. Add a spoonful of chocolate ganache or filling into the center of each cupcake.
  7. Top with additional batter until the liners are three-quarters full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cupcakes cool before serving.
