  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 cup molasses

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add the softened butter and brown sugar; mix until combined.
  4. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture; mix until just combined.
  7. Fold in the molasses.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
