- 4 orange bell peppers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook ground turkey until browned. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix in the cooked rice and crumbled bacon.
- Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and top with shredded cheese.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
