- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup jalapenos, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- Boil the baby potatoes until tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and let the potatoes cool before cutting them into halves.
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes, turkey bacon, jalapenos, and chives to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapenos.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
