Keto White Chicken Chili

An easy and delicious Keto White Chicken Chili recipe with a twist of turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 can white beans
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add diced onions to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts with the onions for about 6-8 minutes until no longer pink.
  4. Add the chicken broth, white beans, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted.
  7. Top with chopped cilantro and crispy turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add jalapeños for heat.
  • Use leftover turkey from Thanksgiving for a quicker meal.
