- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
