- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
- In the same pan, melt butter and whisk in flour.
- Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted, then add salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Combine macaroni, chicken ham, and turkey bacon; mix with cheese sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
