Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

A delicious twist on a classic comfort food, this mac and cheese meatloaf casserole combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a hearty, flavorful meal.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, cooked macaroni, bacon, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is cooked through and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the mixture.
