Maple Butternut Brussels Bacon

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup butternut squash, cubed
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts and butternut squash.
  3. Add chopped turkey bacon and drizzle with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
