- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cooked and diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked and diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Layer turkey bacon, chicken ham, spinach, olives, and tomatoes.
- Top with feta cheese and another tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before cutting into wedges.
