  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, baking powder, chili powder, and cumin.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and buttermilk.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
