  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and cornstarch together until smooth.
  3. Add the flank steak to the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the marinated beef and cook until brown.
