- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the bread slices on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour half of the egg mixture over the bread slices.
- Evenly distribute the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and Swiss cheese over the bread.
- Top with the remaining bread slices and pour the rest of the egg mixture over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter touch, serve with maple syrup.
