No Bake Mini Biscoff Cheesecakes are a delightful dessert that is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake molds.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the molds over the cookie crust.
  6. Drizzle Biscoff spread on top and swirl it in.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • These cheesecakes are best served chilled.
  • You can top with additional Biscoff cookies if desired.
