A decadent no-bake Biscoff cheesecake that combines creamy cheesecake filling with a crunchy Biscoff cookie crust.

  • 1 ½ cups Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add Biscoff spread and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with extra Biscoff spread or cookies before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
