One Pot Creamy Mac and Cheese

A delicious and creamy one pot mac and cheese featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken ham and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add macaroni, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve topped with crispy turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For added flavor, use smoked cheddar cheese.
  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
