- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 6 Oreos, for decoration
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add in the vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with the whipped cream mixture and top with half an Oreo.
