  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the chopped bacon to the pancake batter and mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
