A deliciously spicy dish that combines pasta with the flavors of turkey bacon, offering a unique twist on traditional recipes.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet, and sauté the bell peppers and garlic until soft.
  4. Stir in red pepper flakes, followed by heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked pasta and cheese, mixing well until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with crumbled turkey bacon and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, adjust the amount of red pepper flakes according to your taste.
