  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the biscuit mix and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture on top of the chicken mixture, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can use rotisserie chicken.
