- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the biscuit mix and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture on top of the chicken mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
