  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
