  • 1 pound salmon, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
