Salmon Balls

Delicious salmon balls wrapped in turkey bacon, perfect as a snack or appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon, skinless and deboned
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and wrap each with a piece of turkey bacon.
  4. Place the salmon balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the salmon is cooked through.

Notes

  • Serve with dipping sauce for extra flavor.
  • Can be served warm or at room temperature.
