- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pound salmon, skinless and boneless
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
- In the same skillet, stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Let simmer for a few minutes.
- Incorporate the flaked salmon and cooked pasta into the sauce, mixing well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
