- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add salmon fillets.
- Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
