  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the salmon fillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet, flake it with a fork, and set aside.
  5. Add fresh spinach to the skillet, sautéing until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the skillet, tossing everything together to combine.
  7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
