  • 1 pound sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
