  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned, then crumble and set aside.
  2. Flatten each slice of bread and place 1-2 tablespoons of sausage in the center.
  3. Roll the bread around the sausage tightly and secure with a toothpick.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, then cook in the skillet until golden brown on all sides.

Notes
