- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Layer diced chicken ham over the turkey mixture.
- Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For a dairy-free version, use olive oil or dairy-free butter in the mashed potatoes.
