  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in carrots and peas, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
