- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook until heated through.
- Add the mixed vegetables, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings to the skillet, then stir in the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown.
